Twelve weeks to reconnect with your body.

Private neuromuscular coaching is a 12-week, one-on-one experience designed to help you reconnect to your muscles, change inefficient movement patterns, and build the strength and capacity to use your body with greater confidence.

This isn't a pre-written program.

Your sessions, practices, and progression are shaped by what your body is showing us.

One individualized process built around you.

12 Weeks of Private Coaching

Investment: $4,000

Your 12-week experience includes:

  • 12 weeks of individualized coaching

  • One-on-one sessions focused on your specific movement patterns and goals

  • Personalized practices to reinforce the connections we develop together

  • Progressive movement and strength work as your body is ready for more

  • Ongoing adjustments based on what we discover throughout the process

  • Integration into real life so your progress isn't limited to our sessions

  • A framework you can continue using after your 12 weeks are complete

What You're Investing In

You're not investing in a collection of exercises.

You're investing in learning how to understand and work with your own body.

Over our 12 weeks, you'll progressively learn to:

CONNECT

Access the muscles you're having difficulty feeling or using.

COORDINATE

Recognize compensation and teach your muscles to work together more effectively.

CAPACITY

Build strength, stability, endurance, and adaptability so your body can handle more.

The goal isn't for you to need me forever. The goal is for you to become more capable of working with your own body.

What Happens Over the 12 Weeks

Weeks 1–4

CONNECT

We establish your muscular connections and develop your ability to intentionally activate, differentiate, and release.

Weeks 5–8

COORDINATE

We connect those pieces, change movement patterns, and progressively transfer your new connections into movement.

Weeks 9–12

CAPACITY

We build strength and resilience while developing your ability to recognize and adjust your own patterns.

By the end of the program, you'll have more than a collection of exercises.

You'll have a process for understanding your body.

Is This Right for You?

Private coaching may be a good fit if you're ready to:

Understand your body rather than constantly chase symptoms

Participate actively in your own progress

Practice between sessions

Build strength and capacity over time

Explore the patterns behind your tension or disconnection

Commit to the full 12-week process

This may not be the right fit if you're looking for:

A quick fix

A generic workout program

Someone to passively “fix” your body for you

A diagnosis or medical treatment

My role is to coach movement, muscular connection, coordination, and physical capacity.

If something falls outside the scope of coaching, I'll always encourage you to work with the appropriate healthcare professional.

Pregnancy + Postpartum

Your body changes significantly during pregnancy and after birth. The goal isn't to rush back to where you were before.

It's to understand your changing body, reconnect to your muscles, rebuild coordination, and progressively develop the capacity you need for the stage you're in.

Your program is always individualized to your current needs, goals, recovery, and appropriate medical guidance.

If you're postpartum and experiencing symptoms that require medical assessment or treatment, we'll make sure you're connected with the appropriate healthcare professional rather than trying to coach beyond scope.

Ready to Get Started?

The first step is completing an application.

I'll learn more about what you're experiencing, what you've tried, what you're hoping to change, and whether I believe private coaching is the right approach for you.

If we're a good fit, we'll talk through the next steps and get your 12 weeks started.

Your body has been learning its current strategies for a long time.

Twelve weeks gives us the time and structure to begin teaching it something new.
