Private Neuromuscular Coaching

Your body has been working hard. Let's teach it a different way to work.

You don't need another workout plan. You don't need another list of stretches.

And you don't need someone telling you to “just relax” when your body doesn't know how.

You need someone who can help you understand why your body is creating the tension it's creating—and how to change the way your muscles are working together.

That's what we do together.

12 weeks of individualized, one-on-one neuromuscular coaching designed around your body, your patterns, and your goals.

This Isn't A Pre-Written Program

When you work with me, you're not handed a PDF of exercises and expected to figure it out on your own.

Your body determines where we go next.

We look at:

Where you have difficulty creating muscular connection

Where you're creating unnecessary tension

Which muscles are compensating

What happens when we change a muscular relationship

How those changes affect your movement

What your body shows us next

Then we build from there.

The framework is consistent. Your pathway is individualized.

Your 12 Weeks

PHASE 1 — CONNECT

Weeks 1–4 | Access the muscle

By the end of Phase 1, you begin to understand how to find and control your body's muscular connections.

PHASE 2 — COORDINATE

Weeks 5–8 | Change the pattern

By the end of Phase 2, you're not just feeling your muscles differently—you understand how to use them together.

PHASE 3 — CAPACITY

Weeks 9–12 | Build the ability

By the end of Phase 3, the goal is for you to trust yourself—not depend on me to constantly fix you.

What a Session Looks Like

Every session is different because every body gives us different information.

But you'll generally move through a process of:

FIND

We identify what we're working with and establish a baseline.

ACTIVATE

We create a specific muscular connection through intentional movement and activation.

DIFFERENTIATE

We identify what else is trying to take over and refine the movement.

RELEASE

We reduce unnecessary effort and allow the body to experience the difference.

REASSESS

We check what changed.

FOLLOW

We use that information to decide where we go next.

INTEGRATE

We bring the new connection into a larger movement or functional task.

We're not chasing symptoms. We're learning from your body's responses.

Between Sessions

The work doesn't stop when our session ends.

You'll have specific practices to integrate into your week based on what we discovered together.

These aren't meant to become another overwhelming list of things you have to do perfectly.

They're opportunities to reinforce the connection we've established and notice how your body responds in your everyday life.

You may practice while:

Getting dressed

Walking

Working

Exercising

Sitting

Standing

Moving around your home

Caring for your family

The goal is to gradually take what we discover together out of the session and into your life.

Who This Is For

Private coaching may be a good fit if:

You experience recurring or persistent muscular tension or discomfort.

You feel disconnected from certain parts of your body.

You tend to brace, grip, or over-effort without realizing it.

You've tried stretching, strengthening, mobility work, or other approaches but keep returning to the same patterns.

You're highly capable but feel like your body isn't keeping up with you.

You want to understand your body rather than constantly chase symptoms.

You're ready to participate actively in the process rather than be given a passive solution.

You want to build strength and capacity—not just temporarily feel better.

For Pregnancy + Postpartum

Pregnancy and postpartum can create an entirely new relationship with your body.

Your center of gravity changes. Your abdominal and pelvic musculature adapts. Your movement strategies change.

After birth, you're learning how to move, stabilize, lift, carry, exercise, and function in a body that may feel unfamiliar.

Private coaching can help you gradually reconnect with your muscles, rebuild coordination, and develop the strength and capacity needed for your current stage of life.

The approach is always individualized to your situation, recovery, and appropriate medical guidance.

You don't need to “get your old body back.”

You can learn how to work with the body you have now.

What You'll Leave With

The goal isn't for you to memorize a bunch of exercises. It's for you to develop a different relationship with your body.

You'll learn how to:

Recognize your patterns.

Create muscular connection.

Identify compensation.

Reduce unnecessary tension.

Coordinate your body more effectively.

Build strength without losing connection.

Notice when something changes.

Make adjustments yourself.

And most importantly:

You'll have a process you can continue using long after our 12 weeks together.

This Is For You If You're Ready To Stop Fighting Your Body.

You don't have to spend the next several years stretching the same tight muscles. You don't have to keep pushing through discomfort. You don't have to constantly wonder:

"Why does my body keep doing this?"

We can start asking a different question:

"What has my body learned and what can we teach it next?"

CONNECT. COORDINATE. BUILD CAPACITY.
